1. Acceptance of terms
By using QUO, you accept these terms of service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the application.
2. Description of service
QUO is an application that allows you to:
- Create messages and reminders associated with locations
- Receive notifications when you arrive at places with reminders
- Share messages with contacts
- View public messages in your area
3. Age requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use QUO. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- Don't share your login credentials
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use
- You can delete your account at any time
5. User conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
- Post illegal, offensive, or hate-inciting content
- Share personal data of third parties (ID numbers, phone, address)
- Contact minors inappropriately
- Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious links
- Spread false or misleading information
- Impersonate others
- Use the app for illegal activities
Consequences: Violating these rules may result in suspension or permanent deletion of your account, without prior notice.
6. Moderation
To keep QUO safe:
- We use automated tools to detect inappropriate content
- We manually review user reports
- We may remove content that violates these terms
- We may suspend or delete violating accounts
- We report illegal activities to authorities
Reporting system:
- Any user can report inappropriate content
- Reports are reviewed within a maximum of 24 hours
- Multiple reports may result in automatic action
7. User content
- You own the content you create
- You grant us license to display your public content to other users
- You can delete your content at any time
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
8. Intellectual property
- QUO, its design, logo, and code are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application
- Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners
9. Limitation of liability
QUO is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Continuous service availability
- Accuracy of location information
- Truthfulness of other users' content
- Absolute security against malicious third parties
We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the application, within the limits permitted by law.
10. Changes to the service
We may:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update these terms (we will notify you)
- Change technical requirements
11. Termination
- You can stop using QUO at any time
- We may suspend your account if you violate these terms
- Upon termination, you will lose access to your content (you can export it beforehand)
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For EU users, GDPR protections and your country's consumer legislation also apply.
